    The use of this license in this git, website, artwork, audio, video, or any
    other project by the rightful owner(s) hereby consent that you, the reader, 
    may use this project, meaning that you are free to:

    > MAKE MODIFICATIONS
        You may make as many, or as few, edits as you wish to this project using most 
        types of software or physical elements as you desire. This may come at a license
        fee from the original creator or free, as the creator sees fit.

    > USE WORK FOR COMMERCIAL USE
        You may use this project to make money off of it. You are free to sell this
        project for money or any goods and/or services, as long as you have the
        appropriate licensing negotiations and agreements with the original owner.
        You are only allowed to sell this as a one-time purchase or voluntary donation

        You may ask for a refund if the software doesnt suit your needs. To make things
        fair, the maximum amount you may recieve from a creator for a refund is no more
        than 80% of what you paid for the product.
        
        > EXCEMPTION TO THE RULE 
        You are allowed to get a 100% refund and up to 20% in damages if it can be 
        proven by the user's local laws that the product has done active harm to the 
        user that the user had no idea of within the terms and conditions the author 
        specified. Basically, make the pros and cons of your product clear before 
        distributing it. Be transparent about how it works.

As long as you:-

> EXCEPT NO WARRANTY
    This software, image, audio, etc comes as-is and the owner(s) is not required
    to aid you in assessing you with it, meaning, for example, if the project that
    you use is some software, the creator(s) do not have to help you with
    installing it, troubleshooting, or anything else that may cause you to need
    assistance. In other words, if you can't use it, deal with it.

> PAY THE CREATOR(S)
    You are free to use this project in any way as long as you pay for this
    project at the price the creator sets for it. This does not apply to anyone
    using this license with a SoaS program, as it is against the policies of
    the license.

    You are not permitted to use this license for anything that may promote
    hateful or discriminatory behavior. To find out more, please visit the

> DO NOT SPREAD THIS LICENSE IN A ZIPBOMB
    Do i really have to say this? Zipbombing is NOT cool. You should not
    use the text of this license in a zipbomb or similar file.


The use of this license in packages may be undone or changed in future versions
and is subject to any changes with the usage rights. All past versions under
the license will stay as MKTPL-Compliant and cannot be changed post-partum.

The use of this license in singular pieces of software, art, music, etc. can
NOT be changed or undone unless a more lenient license was picked.

You can NOT migrate a project to the MKTPL without explicit permissions from
at least 90% of the main authors/maintainers of a project.
